Michael Benitah has nearly a decade in business as President of Peel Solutions. His company distributes and markets a wide variety of software and technology solutions.
Prior to that, he spent several years at a company in the financial sector with offices in Montreal and New York as an international business developer at first and later as head of regulatory compliance for one of it’s entities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Montreal where he completed studies in law, communications, and public relations.
Law has always been one of his strongest interests. By combining his passions for software and law, Lexciti was born.
Me Lussier-Duquette specializes in the field of immigration and labor law. For several years, she worked as an immigration lawyer at the Université du Québec à Montreal. She has successfully advised and represented numerous foreign students and workers. The volume of her practice has allowed her to acquire a solid experience in the preparation of problematic and urgent cases as well as a broad understanding of the Canadian and Quebec immigration system.
She also led various cases in labor law during her time at the CNESST (Committee on Standards, Equity, Health and Safety at Work). She has also developed an interest in the development of policies for the prevention of psychological and sexual harassment to be put in place by employers as well as in the handling of complaints.
Benjamin Gross is a partner at BLG (Borden Ladner Gervais) and accumulates over 20 years of experience as a lawyer.
Benjamin focuses his practice on mining law, infrastructure law, commercial real estate law, business and corporate commercial (including mergers and acquisitions), consumer law, and entertainment and sports law.
Over the years, he has also developed a practice in non-litigious areas of commercial law related to mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, bankruptcy, the enforcement of movable and immovable security, the Consumer Protection Act, and competition law, in order to better provide his clients with sound legal advice encompassing a broad spectrum of business contingencies and considerations.
