Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the client portal, communications tools, scheduling tools, document exchange features, and related services made available through Lexciti on the Lexciti platform.

Scope of Services

Lexciti may use this portal to receive inquiries, manage requests, exchange documents, schedule consultations, and communicate with current or prospective clients. Access to the portal does not, by itself, create a solicitor-client relationship unless the firm expressly confirms that it has agreed to act.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
You must not use the portal in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or disruptive to the firm or to other users.

Fees and Billing

Where legal services, subscriptions, meetings, or request-based services are billable, the applicable fees, plan terms, or request-specific costs will be communicated before charges are processed, subject to any separate engagement terms or billing arrangements with the firm.

Portal Availability

The portal is provided on an operational basis and may be updated, restricted, or interrupted from time to time for maintenance, security, or service improvements.

Communications

By using the portal, you consent to receive service-related communications electronically, including notifications regarding requests, meetings, document activity, billing, and account status.

Limitation

The portal is an administrative and communication tool. Users remain responsible for reviewing formal engagement letters, legal advice, and billing documents issued by the firm outside or through the platform.
